Responsibilities Include:

  • Making Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers, following a provided script or guidelines.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered and be able to answer customer questions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through phone interactions.
  • Handling Objections: Address customer concerns and objections to overcome resistance and secure sales.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data.
  • Meeting Sales Goals: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Following Scripts and Procedures: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales scripts.


Skills and Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly and persuasively on the phone.
  • Strong Sales Skills: Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Persuasive Communication: Ability to build rapport and influence customers to make a purchase.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales targets.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn about products or services and answer customer questions.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
