- Assist the Director in adhering to Department of Health regulations for meal preparation and service.
- Plan menus and schedule staff effectively.
- Supervise dining services personnel, enforcing policies and procedures to deliver prompt and high-quality food service.
- Lead and direct Dietary Aides during meal services and ensure proper cleanup.
- Complete all required forms and reports accurately and promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dietary Supervisor in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
