Associate Director, Antibody Discovery
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that offers a fast-paced and exciting, startup type environment. This position will be responsible for designing, leading and executing Tx antibody discovery projects.
Responsibilities :
- Lead an antibody discovery team
- Continuously improve & expand capabilities / efficiencies
- Keep up with industry trends & innovations Requirements :
- Ph.D.
- 5 years of relevant industry experience – develop & execute therapeutic discovery workflows, including immunization strategies, hybridoma generation & HTS
- Experience with assay development, stable cell-line generation / cell-sorting, & cell biology
- Scientific leadership in antibody discovery (i.e. career development, project execution, meet project timelines & budget)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to prepare & present project reports
