AutoCAD Consultant
We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD consultant to enhance the operational efficiency of our CAFM system, which provides direct support to the Space & Occupancy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date drawing standards and polyline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and clean up CAD drawings to ensure all layers are organized according to company standards.
- Utilize AutoCAD software to polyline floorplans accurately following the BOMA 2017 standard.
- Ensure the CAD file contains no 3D blocks, flattening items, and utilizing standard blocks for consistency.
- Assist with Test Fits as needed.
Requirements:
- Educational background in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
- 3 years of AutoCAD experience.
- 1-2 years project-related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Knowledge of building code.
- Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft EXCEL.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously and remotely.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD software.
- Strong understanding of drafting techniques and construction and furniture drawings.
