Key Responsibilities:
* Lead strategy development and deployment for Operational Excellence
* Ensure strategic alignment through KPIs and support site leadership teams in creating strategic visions for improvement goals
* Partner with plant leadership teams to co-develop and execute plant implementation plans for Excellence and Cost-to-Win
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience operating a production system
* Certified Production System practitioner
* Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma business systems
* Excellent communication and project management skills
