Employer Brand Digital Content Creator
The Employer Brand Digital Content Creator will play a crucial role in shaping and promoting our clients’ employer brand through compelling digital content. This role involves creating engaging multimedia content across various platforms to attract and engage potential employees.
Responsibilities :
- Content Creation : Develop and produce high-quality digital content including videos, graphics, and social media updates that highlight the employer brand.
- Storytelling : Craft compelling narratives that showcase our company culture and employee experiences.
- Social Media Management : Manage and grow Netflix’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X through strategic content planning and execution.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal communications, marketing, and creative teams to align content with overall employer branding strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting : Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, reporting on key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content creation and employer branding.
- Project Management : Coordinate and manage content projects from concept through to execution and delivery.
Qualifications :
Compensation : $55.00 – 75.00 per hour
