What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Content Strategist position at Cypress HCM?
Cypress HCM is seeking an experienced Event Content Coordinator to join our Strategic Events Team. As a key member of the team, you will partner with internal teams across marketing, sales, and corporate marketing to deliver best-in-class event execution for our customers and partners.
This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual who has experience supporting teams that plan complex in-person events. You must be able to work effectively within a small team and operate strategically across the business.
- Support content workstreams for both internal and external asset reviews and updates
- Monitor, review, and approve content and engage with speaker(s), as needed
- Contribute to the content programming pre-event, onsite, and post-event recap
- Support key content-specific launches related to the website and Speaker Resource Center
- Monitor, manage, and respond to event-specific email alias
- Team with internal and agency stakeholders to produce great events
- Be data-driven when evaluating the effectiveness of events
- Bring a fun, creative, positive energy to work every day
Responsibilities
