Financial Analyst (Excel)
Location: Menlo Park, CA 94025 | Onsite with some remote flexibility
Employees: 650 | Team Size: 30 | Reporting To: CFO
Industry: Supply chain, warehouse automation, AI, robotics, product development
Responsibilities:
- Short-term consulting project, working closely with the CFO and other Financial Analysts
- Analyzing existing processes within finance and accounting, understanding data flows and how various systems interact with each other
- Identifying areas for process improvement and automating manual tasks with Excel
- Analyzing performance of automation to ensure performance and reliability
Requirements:
- 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience analyzing and automating manual financial/accounting processes with Excel
- Experience working for an enterprise software/technology company is preferred
- Experience working in supply chain, logistics, and/or warehouse automation is preferred
Compensation:
$55.00 - $65.00 per hour
