Responsibilities :
- Webflow Development : Build, maintain, and optimize web pages using Webflow, ensuring they align with design specifications and performance goals.
- Responsive Design : Develop and optimize web experiences for a variety of devices and screen sizes, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
- A / B Testing Implementation : Work with the marketing and analytics teams to integrate A / B testing results into the website, iterating designs based on performance metrics.
- Web Accessibility : Ensure all web pages meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1), providing an inclusive experience for all users.
- Scalable Web Design Systems : Collaborate with the production team to create and implement scalable, reusable design components that align with our branding and UX guidelines.
- Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Performance Optimization : Continuously improve site speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience through best practices in front-end development.
