Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for administering multiple HR systems and maintaining employee information for the purposes of accurate record keeping, database management, and payroll activity.
- This position supports and collaborates with the HRIS team as well as other HR team members.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality is required at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 years’ experience Human Resources Information Systems strongly preferred; 2 years required
- 2 years SuccessFactors Employee Central strongly preferred
- 2 years KRONOS/Dimensions Timekeeping and backend proficiency strongly preferred
- System transition implementation experience preferred
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems required
Pay Rate: $30-$31.25/hour
Salary : $30 - $31
