Lead Syst ems Engineer – Integration & Testing
Location : Peachtree Corners, GA 30071 | Hybrid Remote : 3 days in the office per week

Responsibilities :
- Leading a small, talented team of engineers focused on the testing and integration of radar system applications
- Understanding and deriving system-level integration and test (I&T) requirements to define plans, approaches, and detailed test procedures for private and public sector use cases
- Operational testing (subsystems and system of system) after radar systems have undergone engineering tests
- Performing tests in various configurations, including stationary and on-the-move setups on land vehicles or ships
- Implementation of electronic component interfaces and interoperability
- Flexibility best practices (thoughtful part and drawing numbering schemas – from component to system level – that allow for reconfigurability while not disturbing certifications)
- Supply chain security and sustainability (risk management strategy for parts obsolescence)
- Efficiently manage the scope of projects and ensure clear and comprehensive requirements are met by both the team and all involved employees
- Implementing Modular Open Standards Architecture (MOSA)
