About the Role
- We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Partner Communications Specialist to own and execute communications that enable our Partners and Workmates with the relevant and timely information they need to build, grow, and deliver with Workday. This role requires a strategic thinker with a growth mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive high-quality communications from intake to execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end development and execution of partner communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across all channels.
- Craft high-quality, engaging content for emails, newsletters, webinars, presentations, blog posts, etc, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactively assess communication needs, track performance, and continuously refine strategies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Operate with a growth mindset, challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities to improve and innovate communication processes.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align messaging, streamline processes, and drive scalable communication solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in communications, within a fast-paced, matrixed environment, preferably in the enterprise SaaS or cloud industry.
- 3 years experience in content management (CMS), email marketing, internal and external communications, project management, writing/editing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce, Smartsheets and G-Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of owning and executing high-quality communications at scale, balancing speed and precision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to communication and problem-solving.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Pay Rate:
- $80/hr - $85/hr (W2)
