Payroll Analyst

This role presents an exciting opportunity to support us as a Temporary Worker as they continue to scale and accelerate their growth. You'll get the opportunity to apply your expertise as a Temporary Worker. You'll be an essential contributor to our team, working in an environment that values innovation and fosters meaningful contributions from all collaborators.

Responsibilities :

  • Process all multi-state, bi-weekly payroll
  • Prepare, enter, and upload payroll data in a timely manner
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll-related matters in a timely manner
  • Assist with quarterly tax and W-2’s reconciliation
  • Other projects / requests as needed

Requirements : Minimum :

  • Experienced with payroll processing.
  • Self-starter.
  • Demonstrated ownership.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Being able to come to Dublin (CA) office 3 days a week.

  • 62.94 / hr. - $83.56 / hr. (W2)
