Sr Process Improvement Specialist
6-Month Contract
Pay: $60/hr
Location: Alpharetta, GA 30009

General Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Process Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence by streamlining workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and enhancing overall performance. If you thrive on optimizing processes and implementing best practices, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed process maps to identify inefficiencies, enhance consistency, and boost overall performance.
- Improve processes to drive cost savings, enhance reliability, and support new initiatives.
- Standardize workflows, implement key metrics, and introduce industry best practices.
- Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities across multiple departments, including IT, Operations, Technical Services, Finance, and HR.
- Lead process improvement projects, ensuring timely completion in a collaborative team environment.
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis using data-driven methodologies.
- Create and maintain process training materials to ensure teams understand and adhere to operational requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of experience in Process Engineering or Continuous Improvement
- Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Strong expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience in process mapping, documentation, and teaching best practices.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and drive structured improvement plans.
- Proven track record in managing change and optimizing processes.
Preferred:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certification
- BPMN 2.0 training
- 4 years of experience in the Energy Sector
Salary : $60
