Location
Mason, OH 45040 (on-site for first 6 months then 3 in and 2 remote hybrid schedule)
General Overview
In this role, you will facilitate the financing of contracts by adhering to credit approval conditions, operational requirements, and customer needs. You will ensure that contracts are accurately documented, processed, funded, and booked. Additionally, you will handle post-closing follow-up tasks efficiently and in compliance with established procedures, while maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders such as customers, attorneys, sales representatives, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Accurately calculate transaction pricing, sales tax, and payments.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and follow-up abilities.
- Manage organizational tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Communicate with vendors to gather necessary transaction details, such as invoices and installation dates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to brokers, discounters, lessees, lenders, and vendors.
Requirements
- 1 year of Mortgage Loan Processing or related experience
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, TValue, and Adobe Standard (PDF).
- Adaptability to change and a positive attitude toward process improvements.
- Ability to articulate and implement new ideas to enhance operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Lease Plus software.
- Experience in the leasing and/or mortgage industries.
- Knowledge of legal and accounting terms related to various financial structures.
- At least one year of experience in leasing or commercial lending document preparation.
- Proficiency with HP12C or 10-key calculators.
