Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with 5-8 years of experience to join the CX Systems team. The ideal candidate will have a systems background, a passion for quality and customer service, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast paced environment. He/she will be extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, results oriented, and a great communicator. As a BSA, you will interact with various cross functional teams and define and document business processes and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business problems
- Techno-functional and provide techno functional solutions
- Strong and Seasoned collaboration skills to work with internal and external technical resources, business partners, product managers, architect, developers, quality testers, and application support teams, project/program managers other stakeholders
- Translates business needs into actionable requirements by capturing enough information to define a solution and drive clarity
- Both functional and solution analysis and light design for the Salesforce platform and related technical areas
- Plans and manages small to large size projects, in coordination with technical and business teams, and can work more than 1 project at a time
- Partner with internal customers to craft requirements and ensure alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiatives
- Agile/PI Planning
- Can do demos/presentation to all stakeholders and upper-level management
- Ability to ‘think outside the box’
- Ability to break down scope, features, capabilities into smaller chunks
- Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system improvements.
- Responsible for understanding business requirements, creating/grooming user stories, to deliver a solution and a plan.
- Participate in the go-to-market and launch processes (Concept-to-Delivery) – Requirement Gathering/Design & Build/Execution/Testing -SIT,UAT/Production Readiness/Go-Live
- Leverage business knowledge and technical expertise to find opportunities for process improvements; serve as a trusted techno-functional advisor for business users
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Salesforce.com system experience is preferred(4 years).
- Salesforce admin or equivalent certification required.
- Experience with Conga CLM
- Project coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams.
- Ability to gather and transfer requirements from stakeholders into an action plan and deliver on that action plan leveraging internal systems as needed.
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to research solutions to issues as they arise.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally.
- Ability to work independently, with general direction and guidance.
- Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities.
Compensation:
- Up to $65/hour (W2)
