About the Role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner brings top talent to the Federal hiring teams. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and driven in their sourcing of talent, enjoys networking with others, and offers outstanding customer experience with candidates, hiring managers and their teammates.

You are passionate about finding the best talent in the market and enjoy engaging with others in a meticulous and intentional way. You have an established reputation in full life-cycle recruitment and understand that each interaction presents an opportunity to offer an incredible customer and client engagement. You lean on your experience developing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with the businesses you serve and understand the critical use of data in developing talent strategies that go beyond reviewing applicants who apply to a strongly branded organization. You bring are influential as a talent strategist and partner.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
- 8 years of technical recruiting experience for all levels of an organization (entry level to Senior Director)
- 5 years’ experience recruiting and sourcing talent with existing TS/SCI security clearance
- 2 years' experience with full life cycle recruiting for a software or technology company
Other Qualifications
- Preferred experience working with Large Enterprise organizations and recruiting talent who have a background in SaaS, HCM and/or ERP
- Strong and proven networking ability, continuously generating a healthy and talented pipeline of candidates
- Demonstrable experience partnering and building positive relationships with clients, partners, and team members
- Innovative, creative and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, while being very adaptable, agile and flexible
- Communication skills reflect attention to detail in all forms
- Takes initiative, is pro-active with strong follow through and client service
- Experience with efficient utilization and documentation within applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of OFCCP compliance guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
- Up to $73.27/hour (W2)
