Sr Learning Technology Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Consults with unit / division leadership to understand business goals, objectives, and challenges; and provide learning technology insights to business solutions and challenges. Leads multiple complex projects related to learning technology and collaborate with stakeholders to accomplish project goals and objectives.
- May, on occasion, facilitate learning events related to learning technology. Apply a deep understanding of all components, features and functions of the LMS to help business units leverage learning technology to help solve business problems.
- Advise leadership on how to best utilize learning technology to support the mission, vision, values, strategy and goals of Children's HealthSM.
- Explains complex technology in an easily understood manner. Act as the liaison to internal and external customers to ensure smooth operation and collaboration among entities.
- Examples include Children’s Hospital Association (CHA), Children’s IS Department, external content vendors, and other entities that intersect with learning technology.
