Systems Administrator

Location : Phoenix, AZ 85027 | Onsite Monday - Friday during normal business hours

Employees : 400 | Industry : Technology Consulting (Professional Services)

Responsibilities :

Hands-on systems administration, supporting a complex data center construction project
Attending daily meetings, ensuring communication is strong between IT and construction teams
Administration for servers (Dell) with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware), and storage arrays
Ensuring projects are on track and completed in a timely manner
Collaborating with security team
Driving post implementation completion of IT infrastructure build until RFS
Configurating workstations – setting up software / hardware for laptops and phones
Supporting infrastructure for camera systems and badge / card readers

Requirements :

5 years of professional experience in systems administration and engineering

Experience supporting data center builds, working with construction teams

Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory

Experience managing Dell servers

Experience with VMware for virtualization

Experience configuring workstations, supporting phone systems, laptops, camera systems

Strong communication, organization, and project management skills

Experience in consulting / professional services or managed services is preferred

Compensation :

65.00 - $75.00 per hour

Salary : $65 - $75
