Cypress HCM, a leading plastics manufacturing company, is currently seeking a highly skilled Design and Development Professional to join our team. As a Design and Development Professional, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products and tools for our clients.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in tool making and experience working with CREO. The ideal candidate will have a 2-year trade school degree with emphasis on tool making or equivalent experience, as well as a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mold Designer.
In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills, effective business correspondence, and reporting. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and business operating systems, as well as proficiency in design and/or programming software such as Creo and Solid works, is also necessary.
