UX Designer - Designs Systems
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced UX Designer to help define and shape the future of our digital marketing web experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve user experience across our digital marketing web experiences like workday.com
- Partner closely with stakeholders to document requirements and guidelines
- Work iteratively and collaboratively with user researchers, UX designers, UX writers, and engineers
Requirements:
What we’re looking for:
- 3 years of professional experience designing simple, intuitive, and modern web experiences
- Deep understanding of UX thinking, best practices, and standards
- An outstanding portfolio with examples of your work, process, and results
- Holistic and user centered perspective
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to present your ideas
- Experience with Figma and prototyping tools
Nice to haves:
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience working in the Enterprise/B2B software space
- Familiarity with the Workday brand and products
Compensation:
- $100/hr. (W2)
