Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Making special shipping arrangements as needed.
- Performing Logistics activities including shipping, receiving, packing, and inventory management.
- Maintaining departmental records to ensure manufacturing ISO compliance.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new supplies to ensure product availability when needed.
- Providing staff assistance to the Warehouse Manager.
- Overseeing and monitoring stock availability to reduce shortages.
- Identifying enhancement opportunities and suggesting solutions for improvement to top management.
- Developing, articulating, and maintaining logistic process documentation.
- Liaising with internal departments regarding stock management of finished goods.
- Creating and providing international shipping documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One-year supervisory experience.
- Two years of warehouse experience or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, the purchasing department, and outside vendors.
- Brief understanding of inventory control procedures.
- Proficient keyboarding skills.
