We are searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Digital Marketing Specialist is a vital member of a dynamic and collaborative marketing team for a fast-growing musculoskeletal healthcare network. The Digital Marketing Specialist works closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Managers to manage website updates, optimize SEO, oversee social media channels, execute email campaigns, and generate actionable performance insights. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive self-starter, and strong collaborator with a passion for marketing and a desire to grow in their career. Key Responsibilities:
Website, SEO, and Analytics:
- Monitor website and local SEO metrics, including search rankings, traffic, and engagement, using Google Analytics and SEO tools.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and optimized website content.
- Track and quality-check team and vendor tasks, measure website performance using Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights through reports.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee the social media publishing calendar and contribute to content creation and scheduling using platforms like Sprout Social.
- Engage with followers, manage direct messages, and monitor performance to drive engagement.
- Train and collaborate with clinics to align messaging and best practices for consistent brand presence.
Email Marketing:
- Build and deploy email campaigns, export and manage email lists from EMR, and monitor performance to recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with field teams to support unique campaign requests.
Project and Operational Support:
- Coordinate assigned digital marketing projects to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery.
- Manage incoming marketing requests, prioritize tasks, update stakeholders on project status, and escalate risks as needed.
- Train new team members and clinic staff on digital processes to ensure local digital success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or related roles. Experience in healthcare organizations is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and deliverables.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Display Network, Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, WordPress, SEO software, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-informed recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams.
