Key Responsibilities

Contract Negotiation and Management :

Negotiate, draft, and execute contracts, with a primary focus on leases, vendor agreements, and employment contracts.
Provide legal support for managed service agreements.
Payor Agreement Oversight :
Assist in organizing and monitoring payor agreements to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Legal Guidance :

Offer sound legal counsel to support corporate goals and mitigate risks.

Document Organization :

Maintain a well-organized contract repository and ensure timely renewal and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Licensed attorney with strong experience in contract negotiation and organization.

Familiarity with leases, employment law, and managed service agreements is highly desirable.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred : Looking to re-enter the legal field after a career pause and seeking a flexible work arrangement.
