As an LPN with Trilogy, your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to patient assessment and care planning in collaboration with Registered Nurses
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educate patients and their families on disease treatment plans, self-care, and available resources
- Identify and address safety hazards and emergency situations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire date
- Active LPN licensure
- High school diploma or equivalent
