Your Role as an LPN
In this role, you'll be responsible for assessing patients, administering medications, performing routine lab tests, and providing therapeutic services. You'll also work closely with Registered Nurses to develop personalized care plans and educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans.
- Assessment and Medication Administration: You'll work closely with Registered Nurses to assess patients and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Lab Tests and Therapies: You'll perform routine lab tests and provide therapeutic services to help patients recover from illnesses and injuries.
- Patient Education: You'll educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge and follow-up care.
