A Day in the Life of an LPN at Cypress Pointe Health Campus
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Cypress Pointe Health Campus, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. From administering medications and observing patients to performing routine lab tests and therapeutic services, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to grow.
- Assessing Patients: You'll work closely with Registered Nurses to assess patients and develop personalized care plans.
- Medication Administration: You'll administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Lab Tests and Therapies: You'll perform routine lab tests and provide therapeutic services to help patients recover from illnesses and injuries.
- Patient Education: You'll educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge and follow-up care.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for dedicated and compassionate LPNs who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. If you have the following qualifications, we'd love to chat:
- BLS Certification: You'll need to obtain BLS certification within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse: You'll need to be licensed prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- High School Diploma or GED: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent.
