Job Responsibilities
- Medication Management: Prepare, administer, and document medications used across the campus, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing.
- Resident Records: Maintain up-to-date records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
- Inventory Management: Examine and identify medications brought into the campus by new residents in collaboration with attending physicians, facility pharmacies, or pharmacists.
- Care Environment: Help create a caring, compassionate environment where residents feel valued and safe.
- Policy Compliance: Adhere to campus policies and procedures regarding medication disposal.
Requirements
- QMA/CMA Certification: Possess experienced QMA or CMA certification in long-term care or home care settings.
