As an HR Generalist, you will serve as the on-site coordinator of all HR functions for a long-term care and rehabilitation center. You will work closely in conjunction with leadership and Corporate HR to post jobs, recruit and onboard staff, orientate new hires, key time entries, manage time clock corrections, process benefits, process bi-weekly payroll, administer reward and recognition programs, report leave of absence and work comp, and key and maintain employee records and data in the HRIS. You will also coordinate employee relations issues with the Regional HR Manager as needed. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, or related field required. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Prior HR experience required with basic working knowledge of HR Management Principles (e.g., Wage and Hour Laws, EEO, Leave Administration, FMLA, ADA, Work Comp, OSHA, Benefits Administration, etc.).
- Prior Payroll Processing and managing Time Entries required; One (1 ) years’ experience processing payroll for an employer with 100 employees preferred.
- Experience in HR Recruiting and Onboarding New Hires required.
- Must be PC proficient with basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Computer Programs and Internet-based applications required, with experience multitasking between programs and systems simultaneously on dual computer monitors.
- Experience with UltiPro, Kronos and really a plus.
- A professional certification in HR and/or Payroll a plus.
- Knowledge of AHCA, Credentialing, and Healthcare Regulations a plus, with experience working in a Long-Term Care, SNF, or other healthcare setting preferred.
