Primary requirements:
- Customer front-ending on design recommendations and end to end project delivery management
- Develops enterprise level application and custom integration solutions using Salesforce / MS Dynamics / equivalent CRM platforms.
- Implementation lead experience in release management of Salesforce applications with versioning / repos / Git and CICD practices
- Experience of leading large deployments covering multiple entities / user base
- Experience of API implementation, system integration of third party or native components and performance optimization
- Good knowledge of service Oriented Architecture/Service integration with Web Services, EJB, REST and security integration.
- Experience with modern DevOps automation and modern containerization, orchestration, and virtualization technologies
Desired additional skills:
- Omnichannel implementation experience with voice, chatbot integrations with CRM apps Salesforce / MS Dynamics / Others
- Knowledge of web applications built in tech stack using Java / Java Script / Python / Other technologies
- Analyze system issues across multi-tier web architecture and handle incident management / risk mitigation / escalation scenarios
