Project Title: Program Manager
Contract Term: 6 months
Location: Remote
Job description:
∙ Proven experience leading complex, large scale Epic implementation and/or upgrade projects.
∙ Experience using Epic resources and tools – Orion, Galaxy, Nova and Sherlock to coordinate project activities - Ability to manage the scope, cost, schedule and quality of the project.
∙ Ability to develop and maintain project plans and documentation (charter, requirements, project timelines/schedules, communication, risk, and change management plans).
∙ Ability to work with resource managers to ensure resource availability and effectively manage allocated resources across project priorities.
∙ Ability to evaluate project progress on a regular basis and prioritize any dependencies issues, and risks.
∙ Ability to communicate effectively with business leaders and drive informed decision making.
∙ Strong organizational and leadership skills with a track record for timely delivery.
∙ Proficiency using MS Office Suite, specifically MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS –
∙ Project management experience running large scale projects in a health plan (health insurance) and/or managed care setting.
∙ Previous Epic implementation experience for a health plan, preferably for Epic Tapestry.
∙ Familiarity with health plan/managed care operations and high-level workflows.
∙ Prerequisite training with Epic.
∙ Overview of Implementation course.
∙ Previous experience in the Epic Implementation Director role as defined by Epic
