Position Title: Instructional Designer
On-Site Requirements: Primarily onsite and may also require onsite weekend work
Objective:
Instructional Designer resources will provide Epic training support for the integration of Regional Medical Center (RMC), a facility that in the process of being acquired by the Client. Prior to go-live, the resources will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training sessions to end users. Following go-live, the resources will provide hands-on, at the elbow support for end users to address any issues, answer questions, and provide real-time assistance.
Required Skills & Abilities:
• Ability to quickly modify Epic training to fit new workflows.
• Train in person classes (up to 9 hours per day).
• Provide at-the-elbow support in person (up to 12 hours a day).
• Must have two or more years of experience designing, developing, and delivering Epic training for one of the following applications:
o ASAP
o Willow
o Cogito
o o Orders
o o Clin Doc
o o OpTime
Certifications:
• Epic curriculum certification or accreditation in one of the following:
o ASAP
o Willow
o Cogito
o Orders
o Clin Doc
o OpTime
o Training Environment Build (preferred)
