Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and oversee the engineering design
and development of industrial projects in Pineville, LA. The ideal candidate will have 15 years
of experience in mechanical, piping, civil, structural, electrical, and HVAC system design within
the Chemical, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing industries.

ensuring compliance with industry standards, coordinating with vendors, and supporting
construction and commissioning activities. This role requires strong expertise in rotating/static
equipment, piping systems, plant layout, and process optimization.

Lead and manage the end-to-end design process, ensuring alignment with project goals, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee the development of mechanical, piping, civil, structural, HVAC, and electrical designs for industrial projects.
Ensure that all designs adhere to engineering best practices, industry standards (ASME, API, NFPA, ANSI, ISO, OSHA), and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with project managers, construction teams, and operations personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee the development of mechanical, piping, civil, structural, HVAC, and electrical designs for industrial projects.

2. Multi-Disciplinary Coordination
Supervise and coordinate mechanical, piping, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, and HVAC design teams.
Collaborate with process engineers, procurement teams, and site construction teams to optimize design efficiency.
Review and approve design specifications, drawings, calculations, and engineering deliverables.
Conduct design reviews, HAZOP studies, and risk assessments to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and EPC contractors to ensure timely and accurate design execution.

Support procurement teams by ensuring compliance with equipment and material specifications.
Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and vendor site visits to ensure compliance with design requirements.

Support troubleshooting and resolution of design-related issues during construction and startup.
Work closely with construction managers and site engineers to validate design feasibility.
