Multi-cloud Support Services
Location: Entire Southern California
Job Details:
1. Maintain and manage multiple cloud providers, particularly Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure;
2. Maintain and manage Network Architecture and Design.
3. Maintain and manage VLAN's and ACL's (Access Control Lists), DHCP, DNS, virtual network gateways, firewall policy etc.
4. Design, implement, manage and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) in a multi-cloud environment and on-premises.
5. Understanding of security as it relates to multiple cloud providers. Understanding of Cloud Application Security Brokers (CASB) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.
6. Design and implement high bandwidth connections ((e.g., ExpressRoute, FastConnect, etc.) between multiple cloud providers, each with multiple regions, to seamlessly integrate cloud services from multiple vendors as needed.
7. Configure and maintain cloud storage, database systems, applications, virtual machines, virtual network appliances, and platform services as needed.
8. Provide a level of technical expertise across multiple skill sets to address and resolve issues with multiple cloud providers.
9. Other related work as needed.
10. Transfer of knowledge to Metropolitan staff.
