Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant to join our team in Burbank, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics , data visualization, and business intelligence reporting. This role requires hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing analytics solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop custom dashboards and reports using Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Configure and optimize dataflows, recipes, and datasets within Salesforce Analytics.
- Perform data modeling, transformation, and integration with Salesforce objects and external data sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with best practices and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to CRM Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, and business users.
- 8 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
- Strong proficiency in SOQL, SAQL, and JSON-based dashboard development.
- Hands-on experience in data modeling, data prep (recipes & dataflows), and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Reports & Dashboards, and Analytics Studio.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, AI-powered insights, and predictive analytics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
