Field Service Engineer I/II
Remote: San Francisco, CA
Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and hands-on problem-solving? Join Cytek as a Field Service Engineer I/II, where you'll be the expert installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining advanced flow cytometry equipment at customer sites.
What You'll Do:- Install, repair, and optimize flow cytometers and Cytek upgrades with precision.
- Provide top-tier customer support, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining Cytek's reputation for excellence.
- Identify customer needs and contribute to product improvements.
Prioritize urgent service requests while keeping customers informed. - Manage inventory, document service visits, and handle business transactions efficiently.
- Be ready to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and travel as needed.
Education & Experience: A degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or relevant Military service is preferred. Prior experience in flow cytometry (lab or repair) is a plus!
Tech & Biology Know-How: Basic understanding of biology as it relates to flow cytometry is beneficial.
Professional & Customer-Focused: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are key.
