What You'll Do- Collaborate with hiring managers to proactively plan for staffing needs.
- Source and engage top candidates through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, networking, career fairs, and AI tools.
- Manage job postings and determine the best advertising strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assess applicant qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations.
- Perform thorough background and reference checks before extending offers.
- Develop relationships with colleges, agencies, and talent pipelines.
- Research and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
- Attend job fairs and employer branding events.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably as a generalist.
- Experience recruiting across different levels and functions.
- Strong emotional intelligence, integrity, and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in international talent acquisition (preferred).
- Biotech industry experience (preferred).
