We are experiencing exponential growth on a global scale and hiring Sr Financial Analyst/Finance Manager to join our Finance division

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

As the Senior Financial Analyst/Finance manager, your primary responsibility will be around supporting the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for the company as well as understanding key market & operational metrics for the assigned BU/Function.  This will be a highly visible role that will work closely with Head of FP&A and the CFO on key projects.

• Act as primary finance support and business partner to Service & Commercial Business Units by providing recommendations based on key analysis & interpretation.
• Responsible for month end close assurance, monthly financial review, execution of monthly forecast, annual budgeting and long-range planning activities.
• Understand the key drivers of financial results in order to provide insightful reporting and analysis.
• Interprets and articulate client analytics to commercial leaders and helps influence commercial strategy and guides future commercial financial decisions on the basis of their impact on financial performance.
• Translates results of all business analysis and financial analysis into valuable insights and actionable recommendations for business leaders; supplies ad hoc analysis as requested.
• Maintains, produces and communicates a relevant and impactful set of metrics designed to support evaluation of financial performance.
• As part of FP&A, builds reporting and understands/addresses needs of business unit/function leadership.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• 3-5 years of finance experience within Clinical Research Organization or Project Based Consulting Industry

• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude

• Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems

• Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership

• Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
