Licensed Child Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) – Remote in California

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions for children 5 years and older, as well as individuals, families, and couples.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat DSM V mental health disorders using our secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
- Maintain accurate clinical records according to standards of care and licensing requirements.
- Design your ideal practice with the work-life balance you deserve.
- Ensure access to reliable internet and video conferencing equipment to perform telehealth sessions.
Compensation:
- Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 up to $100.00 per session (based on degree level, years of experience, client modality, and certifications).
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Referral Bonus: $500 up to $1,000 for therapist referrals (conditions apply).

Qualifications:
- Licensed in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Experience with children, individuals, families, and couples.
- Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology.
- Enrolled in CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare).
