Job Description
This Director of Strategic Partnerships will drive high-level collaborations and partnerships with BioPharma customers, AbbVie, Pfizer, and AstraZeneca, through a strong knowledge of the customer, and the Life Sciences Innovations Group (LSIG) product portfolio. This position will manage cross-platform commercial penetration for LSIG at said accounts globally through revenue growth and incremental opportunity generation. This Director will elevate LSIG’s position in the account by influencing C-suite and other essential decision makers and will have responsibility of owning the account strategy.
You will be a part of the LSIG Commercial team and report to the BioPharma Leader. This is a solutions-oriented role, requiring collaborative and innovative leadership to drive growth for the business. This is a remote role with preference for biopharma hubs in the United States – Northeast or Bay Area.

The HR Specialist Eastern Europe is responsible for providing support to our Hungarian associates and managers on multiple of HR topics (Hungarian labor law, employee terms, benefits, etc.) and for handling HR related administrative tasks. You will also provide assistance and guidance to Cytiva associates based in other Eastern Europe countries.
This position is part of the Eastern Europe & Middle East HR team and will be located onsite in Budapest, at our brand new and cozy office located at “Spaces – White House” Budapest, Váci út 47 E, 1134.

Job Description

- Customer Engagement: Build and develop strong customer partnerships through articulating Life Sciences Innovation Group’s value proposition. Orchestrate C-Suite, Senior Leadership meetings, on-site strategy visits and technical seminars promoting Danaher’s mission, workflows and innovations.
- Sales Performance: Build and own account strategy from the ground up. Work in collaboration with Commercial Marketing, BU, Sales and Distribution partners. Ability to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve defined goals.
- Leadership: Articulate LSIG’s value proposition to OpCo senior leaders seeking partners in the Biologics space
- Funnel Management: Understand, build and manage funnel on a routine basis. Adopt as standard work and use this tool to communicate to leadership during report outs and operating companies to discuss current and future state. Manage leads in a timely and efficient fashion.
- Growth: Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth. Develop a strong understanding of the LSIG portfolio, the workflows where LSIG has robust solutions, and synergies between LSIG and the customer. Learn and understand local consortium purchasing to support your strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in a science related field
- 2 years selling into large BioPharma

What you will do:
for HUNGARY
- Take responsibility for employment contracts and addendums: ensure the compliance of employment documents with rules and legislations, and that any change is reflected in our HR system (Workday); handle HR related administrative tasks including employee files, statutory letters, certificates, declarations, and forms
- Provide support to the organization: answer HR related inquiries and questions from associates and managers on employment terms, time registration, benefits etc.
- Prepare monthly data for payroll provider and cooperate with inhouse Payroll Manager to ensure seamless execution
- Support local Hungary team setting up townhalls / communication sessions with managers and engagement activities with the site leaders
- Serve as primary contact for employee queries and redirect associates, if necessary, to the appropriate person in charge
- Maintain and process HRIS system with high level of accuracy, coach people leaders in managing HRIS for people intelligence, keep HR documentation up to date, including local policies and procedures
- Generate analysis and reports for HR metrics, compliance reporting, training tracking, headcount reporting, and electronically file employee documents while maintaining and protecting confidentiality
- Guide the onboarding process for hiring managers to ensure meaningful new hire experience and keep new hire documentation up to date. Plan and schedule periodic New Hire Orientation
- Collaborate with business teams on Key HR Processes - Performance & Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Rewards & Recognition
- University's degree
- 3 years of experience in an administrative HR role
- Work knowledge of Hungarian legislation and employment law.
- Experience with working with various IT systems (Workday, ServiceNow) and the MS Office suite.
- Excellent Hungarian language, fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
