About the Role
As a Data Analyst for Operations and Supply Chain, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze datasets, and provide insights that enhance our processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your technical, analytical, and business acumen skills while working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and other visualization tools to provide actionable insights.
Automate manual data processes to improve efficiency and reduce reporting time.
Work with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making in areas such as inventory management, forecasting, and process optimization.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning, validating, and structuring data from various sources.
Document processes, data models, and methodologies to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
Utilize basic Lean and Continuous Improvement tools (e.g., 5 Whys, SIPOC) to support workflow improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business needs and strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, or similar) or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in operations or supply chain.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools.
Basic understanding of business decisions, supply chain processes, and continuous improvement principles.
Ability to analyze basic datasets and communicate findings clearly.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to document processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support stakeholders in simple, data-driven decisions.
