About the Position
This position will be based in our Miami, FL office and responsible for providing accurate and timely customer billing. As a member of the Customer Billing Team you work cross-functionally with multiple groups in the US and international customers. This position will be report to the Director, Customer Billing.
Responsibilities
- Creation of invoice, credit memos and tracking documents in SAP.
- Reconcile vendor statements vs customer accounts
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
- Ability to reconcile accounts and recommend solutions
- Generating reports and statements for internal use.
- Process vendor forms accurately and timely manner.
- Ensure timely and accurate creation of daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports utilizing data from the Cyxtera systems.
- Responsible for submitting and tracking customer refunds
- Process billing adjustments timely and accurately to customer accounts making sure that the proper levels of authorization and documentation are in place.
- Respond to customer inquiries within departmental SLAs to resolve potential issues.
- Responsible for producing and appropriately filing reports and other data sources that are necessary for SOX controls.
- Strong communications and relationship building skills along with the ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of management. (clients, IT, Customer Care, Sales, etc.).
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable or Billing.
- Strong analytical, typing, and computer skills
- Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Deep analytical skills required. Good understanding of accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work with limited supervision with tight deadlines is required.
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills and customer service skills and an eagerness to learn and take on challenges in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.

- Experience with Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), SAP, ServiceNow and spreadsheet software (i.e., MS Excel) is required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous data center or software billing experience a plus
