Job Purpose: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions:
Warehouse Operations
- Direct daily receiving, storage, and shipping of firearms and related products
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of all firearms
- Manage warehouse staffing, scheduling, and performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure strict adherence to ATF regulations and firearms handling procedures
- Maintain required FFL documentation and bound book records
- Oversee security protocols and access control systems
- Conduct regular safety training and compliance audits
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and ATF as needed
Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff
- Create work schedules and assign daily tasks
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching
- Ensure proper certification and training of all staff
- Foster a culture of safety and accountability
Process Improvement
- Implement efficient inventory management practices
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Manage relationships with shipping partners and vendors
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: The following are the physical requirements of this position, which all workers filling the position must be able to do or withstand each day:
- Heavy Work: Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50
- pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Vision: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; Ability to see color.
- Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist.
- Kneeling: Bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees.
- Crouching: Bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine.

Employment Requirements:
- Ability to legally possess firearms under applicable laws
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must know basic firearm safety
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass criminal background test and drug test
- Must be extremely accurate
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English
- Must Possess excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to use email and phone extensions
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to multi task, effectively manage time and prioritize responsibilities
- Must be punctual, meticulous and reliable
- Must be able to work 8-hours daily, 5-days weekly, Monday through Friday
- Must be able to work overtime when required
- Must be able to travel with multiple-night stays up to 25% of time.
