Job description
Duties:
- Download documents to access which projects would be a good fit for us to bid.
- Assist in the reviewing the project; Specifications, Scope of Work and specific bid requirements.
- Fill out the appropriate documentation in order to get a successful bid to the General Contractor
- Maintain the company standard for filing information after we have bid/been awarded each project.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Must have some Construction/Coordination background.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge in processes in commercial construction documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in project documentation.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
