POSITION SUMMARY
The Case Manager Intern will work under the direct supervision of the Residential Mental Health Advocate. Working under the supervision of a Residential Case Manager and Mental Health Advocate, the Case Manager Intern will assist in coordinating with youths outside treatment team, writing school reports for initial and updated service plans, data collection, transportation, supervise visits, prep for psychoeducation groups, attend meetings and office work. The Case Manager Intern may help to provide weekly check in with youth under the supervision of the Mental Health Advocate. The Case Manager Intern will assist the Residential Case Manager and Mental Health Advocate with responsibilities such as : composing professional documentation, data collection, communicating information, attending court hearings, meetings and other activities assigned by the Residential Case Worker.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervision Received : Specific Direction - Follows established work procedures. Receives periodic checks for performance. Refers unique questions / conditions to immediate supervisor.
Supervisory Responsibilities : No supervisory responsibilities.
