Reports To: Foster Care Supervisor
Salary: $43,888.00-$48,000.00 **Sign-on Bonus: CWTI trained or equivalent experience candidates can earn $5,000 upon hire.**
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week. Sign- on Bonus to CWTI trained candidates or equivalent experience who can earn a $5,000 bonus upon hire. ** To receive a $5,000.00 bonus, CWTI training must be previously completed or you must be CWTI certified AND actively working in the field OR have worked in the field in the last 24 months.
*$1,000 completion bonus for those candidates hired who complete their CWTI training.

Our ideal candidate will have a heart for providing outstanding foster care services. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a human services field is required. Flexibility in your schedule and reliability are crucial to this role. Must have a valid driver's license.
