- Experienced Construction Forepersons
- spanning all trades and specialties who are willing to commit their service toward creating an efficient and innovative environment in a fast-growing, dynamic industry.
- Essential functions of the position :
- Perform a variety of tasks that may include periodically having to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods of time, stretch, walk, climb and bend under potentially adverse field conditions. Be able to follow safety protocol, which includes being able to perform visual tasks such as back up spotting and hear and react to back up alarms
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Monitor and schedule crew productions and understand goals
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Lead by example in the areas of safety, work product and work ethic.
- Qualifications :
o A minimum of 5 years' experience in bridge, general heavy highway and / or marine construction
o 8 years experience preferred
o A minimum of 3-5 years' supervisory experience
Base salary range :
Experienced Heavy Civil Construction Foreperson
40,000-$118,750
Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education / training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
