Responsibilities will include but are not limited to

• Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators to complete wastewater treatment plant construction projects.
• Ensure construction activities are conducted in compliance with all safety regulations and project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans to direct work on-site.
• Coordinate daily construction tasks, track project progress, and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve issues.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are available and properly utilized to maximize productivity.
• Monitor and maintain quality control on all aspects of the construction process.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise on-site, including safety concerns, technical problems, or personnel conflicts.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, progress reports, and workforce attendance.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Construction Management or related field preferred).
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in construction, with at least [X] years in a supervisory or foreperson role.
• Experience in wastewater treatment plant construction or similar industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor environments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in OSHA 30-hour Construction or other relevant certifications.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
  
  

Compensation

Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package including company paid health, dental and vision insurance with a company-funded retirement plan.

Base salary range - $48,000-$112,500

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
