Davidson Trust Company’s Chief Investment Officer. Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and related investment training
- Progress and/or interest in obtaining the Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
- Solid analytical skills and detail orientation
- Strong organizational, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Technically savvy with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Work with the Chief Investment Officer to support Trust Officers and Trust Administrators in monitoring account investments with the assigned investment manager to ensure adherence to the terms of the account and in keeping with fiduciary responsibilities.
- Support the adherence to all risk management related duties including the completion of annual investment reviews, overseeing the retention and proper filing of client documentation and active participation in internal/external audits.
- Solve existing problems, anticipate possible problems and take preventative action.
- Provide high-level research or special project support to the Chief Investment Officer and other members of the team.
- Promote trust services to internal and external partners and potential clients; develop goodwill and provide assistance to any Davidson Financial Professional and affiliates.
- Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned.

The potential base pay hiring range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. The compensation offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis considering a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the skills, relevant work experience, and geographic location of each specific candidate.
