Summary/Function:
Leads and directs high priority, cross departmental initiatives, addressing key strategic issues and functional architecture in close partnership with Operations, Technology, Wealth Management and our Digital Strategy teams. Help to shape and implement the firm’s strategy to meet business goals. Aid in ensuring strategic enhancement investments deliver efficiencies and control, and balance tactical and strategic costs.
Qualifications/Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
•Previous experience in a securities industry, front and/or back office
•Successful completion of the FINRA General Securities Representative Exam (Series 7) and/or FINRA Operations Principal Exam (Series 99) preferred
•Working knowledge of the securities industry, financial markets and its products
•Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word and the back-office operations system
•Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral
•Demonstrate ability to partner across departments and functional responsibilities
•Be a strategic thinker, possesses strong facilitation and data gathering skills
•Project management experience preferred. This includes setting and managing expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, understanding project risks and assigning team members to specific tasks.
•Demonstrate confidence in interaction with senior stakeholders
•Good organization skills – ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly and make decisions as required.
•Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure and to provide practical solutions.
•Manage with integrity, honesty and knowledge to promote the culture, values and mission of D.A. Davidson Companies
•Ability to follow policies and procedures; maintain client confidentiality
•Communicate in a clear and service-oriented manner; use appropriate, professional language and grammar to effectively exchange ideas and information

•Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance
Duties:
•Lead and direct complex high profile projects with competing priorities, resources and time constraints across all project phases
•Project initiation and scoping, including definition of plans and setting and managing expectations for successful delivery with project stakeholders.
•Ongoing project management and quality assurance throughout the project
•Build and manage relationships with project stakeholders in Operations, Wealth Management, Technology and Digital Strategy.
•Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral
•Demonstrate ability to partner across product groups, regions and functional responsibilities
•Business analysis and requirements definition, including business process management techniques
•Be highly collaborative, team-oriented and strong consensus builder.

The compensation offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis considering a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the skills, relevant work experience, and geographic location of each specific candidate. This role is eligible to participate in applicable D.A. Davidson variable compensation programs.
